I'm not telling myself anything...this is right out of UCF.  Learn something about how the law works before assuming you know the outcome.  UCF appeals haven't even begun, yet.  This part was just an early re-trial motion by the lawyers.  UCF expected it to be declined by the judge.  Jeez.  :

He's right that there will be another appeal but appeaqring to revel in the fact they won't get any money for a while does seem like a dickless move ... it's not like this is some trumped up case by that *******, "For the People" Morgan ...
