They wouldn't actually leave the state.  I mean it would be silly having a school called Texas A&M in, say Georgia, now wouldn't it?

Not true.

If the Big 12 is going to break up, then the State can't do anything about it.

I just hope this does not cause other leagues to go after our teams.

If a league is going above 12 teams, then the Big East is in trouble.

It could still benefit USF if the ACC loses FSU and potentially Miami.

Right.... UM wouldn't jump at the chance to go at it with UF the rest of the SEC every season? You're kidding yourself. They'd sign that deal in a heartbeat. There's no downside to it. Closer travel, better competition, better MONEY.

If the SEC offered FSU or UM they'd be gone in second.

The SEC would never invite Miami but I could see them inviting FSU. That would be great for us if it got us into the ACC.

Sooooo....

If it was aTm and OU along with FSU, who would be #16? Clemson?

If the SEC came calling with a much more lucrative revenue stream, then FSU and Miami would be out the door faster than you can imagine if they SEC wanted them.
