Isn't he the rb that ran for a 71 yard touchdown against us last year?  Why is he looking to transfer out of Miami?

I think the integrity of the article went out the door with the laughable "Since then, there has been plenty of speculation as to where Storm Johnson would end up. UCF seems as good a place as any."

Once the NCAA sanctions come down and your football program is termed a "repeat offender" I don't think you'll be having enough scholarships to go around. Guess you'll have to pay the players more.

What sanctions?  Meaning those articles written by Thamel and Forde?  Those were written for Louisiville's sake for Kevin Ware's sweepstakes.  And there was nothing mentioned about any players getting paid, either.  The NCAA isn't even investigating UCF...and there's been nothing else come of this since those articles from any other source.
