However, being a smaller private school they already said that money is an issue. They owe a buyout to Shannon, who just got an extension last year. Plus they will need to up it a bit to get a new coach. And Skip would have a buyout at USF they would have to handle, as well. I don't think skip is going anywhere. He doesn't want to be a Kiffin.
