620 Actually talked about USF

on the way home I heard Whitney Johnson call in 620 cause he was at the game.  He talked about a hard fought game that they can build on.  I'm not sure of the mid-day hosts on Saturday's but they went on and on about how they don't understand why students don't go to the game when its free.  I guess one of them is a student there and talked about the lack of buzz on campus.  The other hosts just repeated what we've been saying forever, winning fixes everything.  All in all it was a good few minutes worth of Bulls basketball on 620, a few minutes that didn't seem paid for so it was a nice change.  Maybe they'll keep it up if we can pull out a couple more wins and at least make it respectable at Marquette.

Yes, Whitney Johnson is a USF alumn, and he will be proud to tell you that. He always calls it the best years of his life while he was attending USF. I see Whitney at the USF football games alot.
