It was 7PM on a Wenesday night.  Seriously, my wife had to close her business 2 hours early to make it.  Not complaining, but not even G'ville would have sold out.

I agree.. however.. 25K is still way low. Low-level non-AQ teams have no problem filling up for a weeknight game.

In games like this, the university needs to start giving tickets away. $5 is cheap, but start handing them out. You'll find another 10-15K worth.

All that being said, 7PM is wayyyyyy too early.8 or 8:30 would have been MUCH better.

We left at halftime so I could get home at a decent hour.  I am not surprised that our attendance was low, but that's really low.

2 unranked teams playing on Wednesday night at 7pm...yeah the attendance sounds about right.

It was a passionate crow  in the 2nd half thou. At least we were loud when it counted. Gotta keep winning so we can fill those seats on the weekends.

Also, I think Wednesday night games are still a terrible idea.

free won't even get them in the door on a wednesday night.

I hope woolard learned his lesson. stoney brook out drew rutgers, one of our more hated conference mates, by 7k. no more wednesday nights please!

watch a tuesday or wednesday night game. they are empty more times than not. it's purely for the tv audience not the fans.
