But like they say in their disclaimer, it's just based on who is leaving and who is returning. They, of course, can't factor in unsigned recruits or determine whether they'll play.Regardless of whether they're ranked or not, we're still playing Penn State in Happy Valley. I'm sure this will help CJL and staff to get recruits excited to play for USF and existing players motivated to work hard in the offseason and, hopefully, not have another 'Alabama' debacle.
