It reminds me of visiting friends at the UM campus a few years back and seeing a guy spray painting patches green hahaMostly due to the jackasses that never use the sidewalks. Uh, it also happens to be winter.Uh, they also look the same in the summer....I disagree. Winter is Florida's dry season. Oak trees lose leaves, Crepe myrtles are bare, some grass turns brown. That's why they "paint" the brown grass green around LR Selmon blvd. and the Admin building in the winter. They have no need to do it in the summer.
