Utterly pathetic ... THIS IS INFORMATION I COULD HAVE USED ONE AND A HALF HOURS AGO! (FYI don't bother updating things -- just use the flash link) ...

Dear Subscriber,

With the new silverlight based player, you need to have a fully updated version of windows.  You should go to tools; windows update, and run the updates until all of them are installed.  Also run the custom updates and install all the network related stuff and the silverlight stuff. 

This should alleviate the issue.  There are a few processors which are not equipped to run silverlight.  In this case the error message will continue.

If this is the care, copy the following into your browser:

http://www.nmnathletics.com/newMediaPlayer/consolewmp.htm?oemid=7700

This will load the player in the flash version, which was used previously and you will be asked to log in on the browser.

The Silverlight feed no longer shows me the game, and the flash feed has "Please Stand By" all over it.. not a good investment...
