Anyone Else Get Screwed with FSU tickets?

Just like with the screwup on the club access on season tickets, they want me to go to the ticket office to pick up my FSU tickets.  First, they e-mail me that they are fedexing them, now I got an e-mail that I have to pick them up, an extreme inconvenience.  Does anyone else have John Lewis as their ticket rep?  I'd like to know if it's just my luck or if we have an issue with the rep.

John is my rep, always done me well.  Hopefully they do something nice for you to make it up.  Having to drive to get your tickets (when you paid to have them shippped is an major issue).  Still, distributing 12,000+ tickets in such a short time is a difficult tax.

I'd call up your rep and be polite about, but find out whats goin on.

However, if you do have an issue, and it sounds like you do, you should defintely speak to them in a reasonable manner and see how this can be avoided going forward.  You're still a customer after all.

I too got screwed.  I have to pickup my tickets at the Box Office of Ray Jay or the Sun Dome.  I live in Lakeland...this is complete ********.

JL is my rep.  I found mine on the doorstep yesteday. He also helped me get my additional season tickets next to my existing ones a couple of years ago.  He was very helpful.
