He had a hell of a team in 1998 that he guided to a 15-1 record and to the nfc championship game but didnt make it to the biggest game of all.  His career NFL record is 97-62  and 4-8 in playoffs. He deserves another shot I think.

He is now talking with Cardinals.  And may have reached an agreement with them

He did sign with Arizona so we will find out if he really is a good coach or not. He better be a miracle worker with Bidwell as his boss.  I saw his career coaching stats in paper and was impressed by fact he took Vikings to the playoffs 8 out of 9 years. He also won a playoff game 4 years in a row. He never got to the big game but obviously he is a **** good coach.
