that he wants to talk about "his team" instead.

So what happens with the guy that was requesting these via the Freedom of Information Act?  Does he now get these weeks later?

What a circus.  We already know what goes wrong when a reporter overuses the FOIA.

First no Twitter, now reversal on ballot. Is he not thinking things out enough before he makes a decision or is he just wishy washy?

He said from the very beginning (as in, two weeks ago) that he would release that first one, then last week's, then decide from there. He never committed to releasing the ballot every week.
