Weather Delay Worked Out Perfectly!!!

I thought that the weather delay was great for the fact that most of the fans were actually in their seats during the kickoff. Usually, the USF fans are still tailgating and they come in about a half hour late for the game. Maybe USF should have more delays in the future to trick the crowd into coming in on time for the kickoff. Lets just say that the kick for the Charley Southern game is at 6:30pm next time.

I mentioned this in another post, but the rain fired up the student section. A couple made a sprint for shelter but most stayed put and enoyed it. The PA system even started playing "Under my Umbrella" by Rihanna and "Have you Ever Seen the Rain?" by Rod Stewart, and it turned into a bit of a karaokee session (I was waiting for the dance-off to start). Chants of U-S-F fired off about every 2 minutes or so. It was awesome.
