Actually, I think if we lived in a perfect world they would pay the players less which would allow the TV networks to reduce the TV contracts which would lower advertising fees, which would lower product costs, which would give us the consumer more buying power.

But of course we don't live in a perfect world and someone in the chain of events would be making a lot of extra dough and it wouldn't be the consumer.
