Brian Kelly to ND?

I was checking out the Cincy message board and a lot of their fans are convinced that ND will come along and throw a lot of money at him.  what is everyone's prediction here?

I don't think that would be wise.

ND's best option would be Northwestern's Pat Fitzgerald.  He has won with even stricter admission guidelines there.  His teams are disciplined and play with a lot of heart.  The major problem would be luring him from his alma mater, but he seems like the best candidate for them seeing as he already has a track record at a program with high admission standards.

There really aren't any jobs out there that would be a step up for Brian Kelly.

I heard a rumor that Mike Bellotti might be stepping down at Oregon. That may be a good fit for Brian Kelly if that happened.

Washington is a great job.  Its one of the top 15 college jobs IMO.  They have 2 NC and 15 conference titles.  Unfortunately, their recent history stinks so no one younger than 25-30 remembers how good they were but i'm sure Kelly does.

As far as ND, Weiss will be back next year.  So unless Kelly stays another year at Cincy then I say no Kelly to ND

Of all the jobs available as of right now, Washington is the only one he may take.  Of course, a couple more may open up, maybe Auburn?
