They will be contenders for the crown the next couple of years. One thing about Kolb that drove me nuts was his inability to think under pressure. He reminded me so much of Banks, by running backwards and taking a sack instead of getting outside the tackles and getting rid of the ball.

They need to develop it, similar to us. Do not compare Kolb to Banks. I would take Kolb in a heartbeat (he can actually run, too!).
