LOL ... some obviously think the AP and Coaches Poll should be a Top 5, not Top 25 ... here we go.  ::)

USF will be a TOP 10 team after the next 2 weeks.

expect nc state to blow us away

:ROFLMAO

2nd Quarter

On the season, we have out scored opponents 20-13 ... obviously should be MUCH better with this game.

TOTAL NET YARDS 213 - 42

Average Per Rush 4.2 - 1.7

Need to hold onto the ball and play harder.

We have outscored opponents 38 - 7 in the 3rd so far this season. Would like to see this score for the next 15 minutes  ;)

Reporting in from the game:

Team seems too business like.  No fire on offense.  Defense is aggressive but no big plays yet.

Clearly we are dominating everywhere but scoreboard.

If there are 12000 people here I would be surprised.

Come on guys, its pretty obvious we are playing this conservatively. Getting Ford some much needed carries and spreading the ball around nicely. I look for us to put it away in the 3rd, leaving the 4th for BJ Daniels team

I haven't been able to watch the game, but from the play-by-play it looks like our offense has had a touchdown drive, a field goal drive, a missed field goal drive, a turnover, and one stop by FIU.

FIU has had 3 three-and-outs and an 8-play, 20-yard drive.

We can probably win this without scoring another point, but sheesh, we're supposed to be a Top 15 team and FIU should still be in I-AA. We should be able to blow out this team.

Blowing teams out has rarely been part of our make up.  Not saying it's right, just saying that is how it is.  We don't pull out the stops int he early going.  We generally do in the 2nd.

Take it easy. We are not trying to blow these guys out. Gregory does not care what the spread is. Like the announcers said, they are using conservative passing and the rest is testing our stable of backs.

Team looked pretty sloppy in the first half.  This will not do for NC State.
