Remember last year....and this year

Folks, we may lose a game (or maybe more than one!!!) this year. People seem to think we are a lock for the BE title, or even for an undefeated record. That may (and hopefully will) happen, and we may be favored in all the rest of the games, but we seem to ALWAYS lose a game we are favored each year. And look at our last two games; either could easily been a loss.

All Im saying is: just dont think this thing is a done deal. We havent played a single conference game. Getting too far ahead of yourself will lead to a bigger disappointment, just like last year.

I agree. We have every chance to go 12-0 and top the rankings for regular season. But there is a real chance we wont. As long as the team works on their issues, i.e 4th quarter defense, and stays strong where we have been, we could run the tables. They just need to add to their motto:   Start Strong, Stay Strong, Finish Strong
