That's the same stuff Rutgers and most other teams with turf play on. No big deal.

The beer situation is that unless you have club level seats and can get into the club room, there is no alcohol sales inside the rest of the stadium.  Drink up during the tailgate, however, there's rumor of undercover cops that are going to be going around campus checking for underage drinking.  However, looks like a lot of your students are staying home so that might be more of a problem for our students than yours.

If you tailgate in Tamiami park (the huge area south of the stadium) the FIU police really can't tell you anything since it isn't FIU property.. but If the cops are coming around, and they are undercover, people will start telling people what they are wearing. They are going to have police regardless but I really don't think they will be undercover.
