I only film HIGHLIGHTS, not lowlights.  Besides, when that option was called, I was up in the stands interviewing a student for Down Incognito... which SHOULD be posted here about anytime soon...

It was a WMV file, converted it to flash (have to use Flash MX Pro), then use the following code

[flash]some web address[/flash]

to post it on the board.

Thanks RSS, we appreciate the kind words.  I can't say i've seen any forums better than this... there are a some that use the same software, but we've patched in so many features that its tough to remember everything this board can do.
