Personally, I want more sell outs and that means we need visitors in the seats. That puts more money into the program. This behavior hurts the bulls as it scares away potential fans who might otherwise spend money in Tampa and for tickets which benefits us....I am glad USF athletics is stepping up efforts on this issue. They need to educate students and others (maybe with editorials in the Oracle) and try to help with policing. Maybe they could pick student representatives and put them in each section to help police the students and areas near the visitor section. Anything to make this go away. Every supporter of USF should be embarassed...

Here is the thing if Matt heard them I am sure someone from USF on the sidelines did as well. Why didn't they have those A-holes kicked out and their ticket rights taken away? Agreed. And the problem is that most of them think they are being tough, or funny. Tell 'em to stop acting like an idiot, if you are a friend, and they won't have any incentive to put a show for everyone's approval. There is nothing funny about calling someone else a "slut", "fag", or whatever as they walk by your tailgate. There is really no freaking point to it. I think the best way to turn this around before it gets out of control is to get the players involve in the campaign. I don't buy the whole "this is what college football is all about" after witnessing Auburn's fan behavior.

He was preparing for a NATIONALLY FREAKING TELEVISED FOOTBALL GAME, not working security detail.
