Vegas opening line: USF 23 point favorite over FIU

Playing any Florida 1-A football school at home, especially one christening a new stadium, is not a game to be giving away 23 points. I know that Texas didn't like it last year at UCF when they escaped by two points in a game they were the heavy favorite.  Having said all that, I can't help but expect that we will blow them away.  ;D

this team has shown that it can overcome adversity, duel it out with quality programs and come out on top.

now it needs to show that it can make quick work of inferior opponents and put them away.

nothing wrong with playing up to our better opponents, but no more playing down to the lesser teams.
