If Allen doesn't intercept, that might have been a TD --game over.

Reesing was getting pressure and he short-armed it.

Nate went up high to get that ball. Reesing said it himself "that safety made a great play."

I was praying for an INT for Nate. I thought he'd have two.

He did. But Selvie was closing in on Reesing and he kind of bailed out on the throw. If he'd had time to step into the pass he could have lobbed it right over the top of Allen and shaded it away from Verpaele.

Hum...I disagree.  Selvie was coming but he wasn't close enough to get a hit without it being pass interference.  If reesing throws it higher that receiver would have had to jump as high as nate and would have been tackled.  That would have given them plenty of time to move the ball forward and kick a field goal, but I don't think it would have been a touchdown.  It looked to me the WR was in full stride and jumped up himself to try to secure the ball.  He had no diea Nate would get to that.

Not that it matters, heh...great play from Nate Allen.  He's really good at jumping really high and coming down on his feet, like last year against Auburn.

anyway...of Taylor doesnt step out of bounds or first fg attempt is converted we would have had 7 more pts at that point but we didnt only got 3 on those drives instead of 7

If you had a DVD recorder instead of VHS you wouldn't be stuck in 90's......

if you had a DVR instead of a DVD recorder, you wouldn't be stuck in 2000.   ;)

sorry... i am feeling sarcastic today.

yeah, looked like it was thrown slightly behind their receiver........if Nate doesn't intercept..........maybe an incomplete pass........then who knows what would have happened next.

I'll have to go back and watch the recording, but I thought we did score a TD eventually on that drive.  Mentioned to our friend next to me that we ended up with the score and took more time off the clock.

VHS must not be too obsolete.  Our DVR has an option to record to VHS.  If only I took the time to get the cables to do it.  Would have loved to have the Auburn game on tape.

I'm pretty sure we scored on that drive anyway
