It's not Lane's fault his boss is Al Davis and refuses to let him do anything. Kiffin said it himself he didn't want Russell or McFadden but rather Calvin Johnson last year and to either trade up for Chris Long or draft Glenn Dorsey since they already had Justin Fargas and Michael Bush.
