usf should hire him and he can change offense in off season and consult this season

4 and 5 star offensive players would flock to usf

Would it be because he transformed Jamarcus Russell or the way he lost his job after 18 games?

If orgeron is so good why is he no longer at ole miss?  Because he can't coach.

Maybe the Bucs could hire him as well and actually get someone who knows how to conduct an offense? It's not Lane's fault his boss is Al Davis and refuses to let him do anything. Kiffin said it himself he didn't want Russell or McFadden but rather Calvin Johnson last year and to either trade up for Chris Long or draft Glenn Dorsey since they already had Justin Fargas and Michael Bush.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.

“This is not a broken football program by any means. It just needs to be united, to get everybody on the same page, share that same vision, and really to have that standard - best is the standard.”
