In that context, the Navy players were student athletes, not soldiers.

Should every team defer to military academy teams and let them win the game?  BSS over!  Give the BCS Championship trophy to the winner of the Army-Navy game.

Should the female cheerleaders of the opposing team orally service the players om the military academy team?

Just because the students boo the players on a military academy team it does not mean that they were denigrating their military service.

Back when USF played Liberty - private Christian college - our fans booed their team.  Does that mean we are all going to hell because vis a vis booing Liberty means we were booing Jesus Christ?
