USF is tier 3.

Undergrad education at most state universities is what you make of it.

Moffit is the poster child of what a USF education gets you... Nothing, unless your wife writes your papers. I believe Rutgers, Pitt and Syracuse are tier 1 schools; I don't think USF is even ranked in the top 4 tiers.

I guess he figured out a degree from Rutgers means about as much as a GED

rutgers grads  think they have a fine academic school though i foound most of them to be bozos
