He is KILLING it right now for the Dodgers.  he is hitting .565 with 4 homeruns and 9 RBIs

This is why it was a good move to get rid of him and pick up bay before Manny walked at the end of the season...

He might still be a great hitter, but if he didn't care and was purposely screwing off and performing sub par for him... then he needed to go.  After the trade, His agent begged for him to stay b/c he didn't want to go out west.... said he would be good for the rest of the year if they waived the two option year...

that was when Boston mgmt knew for certain he was sabotaging things and said "don't let the door hit you in the ass"

Manny is one of the things wrong with baseball. He dogged it, and forced the RedSox to trade him. There should be some kind of way to prevent this from happening.

Happens in every sport.  Baseball is nothing compared to basketball in this regard.  Shoot, I've seen people at my job dog it.
