Per the Tampa Tribune

HOOPS HARD TIMES? Athlon's and Lindy's men's college basketball magazines both picked USF to finish last in C-USA's 14-team league.

``Still a long, long way to go for the outmanned Bulls,'' Athlon's reported. USF's recruiting class was ranked the league's second-worst and senior F Terrence Leather was a third-team all-league pick.
