Superstars don't throw almost twice as many picks as TD's.  Also the Titans have a top 10 defense and very good special teams which is the engine that drives their success.  Vince Young has superstar potential but he hasn't lived up to it yet.

I agree with leinhart, and definitley Alex Smith of the 49ers should be included too.

young is overrated, but the rest of his team is very good and wins games (Defense and power running) so his mishaps will be overshadowed by victory

Young is still an incredably young player.  He got thrown into the starting role way to early and has handled it very well.  He's going to get better.  He'll learn when not to throw the ball and take the sack eventually.  He's still a running QB in a throwing league.  It may never work (see Atlanta), but it'll keep them good (not great).
