Might request 4 for FIU as well, however, I have a feeling it is too late.

Not too late, requests are based on priority points, not when they are requested.  Well at least until the cut off point which is July 28th I believe.  After that it is first come first serve.

We're on vacation but we are going to put in 3 for ucf, and MAYBE 2 for wvu.  But if we do 2 for WVU that means no out of state bowl trips. 

How are our chances you guys think of getting UCF tickets, this is our first year of season tickets, and there in 107(not sure the donation) and my dad is an alumni.
