Who does our Orlando Recruiting?

Word is that Victor Gray of Dr Phillips High has an offer from us and FSU over the past couple of weeks. He also has an offer from Maryland. Just wonder which coach he has been in contact with.

I hope we land him, great kid. I got to know him and became a fan based on basketball, haven't seen him play football yet. By the way, FSU is recruiting him as a TE, he is partial to defense, and we're going the DE route. From what I hear, we are his No. 1 choice right now.

Rivals has nothing on this kid, and scout is pretty light also. Josh, any good info on him? He only played in 3 games for DPHS last year and had 6 sacks, 3 forced fumbles, and a TD.

For the stargazers, he is a 3-star on scout.  6'4" 230 pound DE/TE.

I saw Victor back at a camp in Jax in March.  He's a great kid, talked to him 2 weeks ago at the UCF 7on7 and I'll see him play again tomorrow at the Sling and Shoot.  I like him as a defenisive end, to be honest, based on his frame he'll probably project as a DT.  He came from Maryland, but he's not a sleeper anymore, his name is out and colleges have taken notice.  The Bulls offered him in late may/early june.
