Yeah, I'm at the bar and here in tally its all Noles, UM and Gaytors around town. So this guy walks in with USF on his hat and I flash the horns and say GO BULLS.

He was like  :-\ I went to the University of San Fransisco.

Last year we were coming back from a road game on Sunday and it was late and we wanted to see the end of some golf tourney with Tiger Woods, so we ended up in a small bar in Tally. We walked in wearing all USF gear and they looked at us like the Martians had just landed.  :o  ;D

He was like  Undecided I went to the University of San Fransisco.

When I was in San Francisco last year I saw a sports store with a bunch of USF stuff in the window and I was like, "AWESOME! USF stuff!!" THen I get closer and read the shirt.  :-\

Yeah, i was really psyched when I saw guy wearing a Bobby Russell jersey over on I-Drive in orlando until I did a little research ... I think they even had the samr number.

I was in SF earlier this week and made a trip to Santa Cruz.  Couldn't resist picking up a UC-Santa Cruz Banana Slugs t-shirt.  Yeah, I was fooled a few times when I saw 'USF' gear, but I did get several positive comments from  people about our team.  I've definitely noticed more people across the country aware of us.
