Ok....  those of you who are members of USFNation probably remember me doing a simulation of the 2008 season.  What I do is, I use SuperSim Mode and let the game play out every play, operated by CPU only.  Almost like a real game.  Then I relayed every score and stats to the board.

Most of you reading this are probably wondering what the relevance of this is.... well, there really isn't except it's reading material AND------ last year's simulation was pretty **** close.  WE finished 10-2 in the regular season and went to the Sun Bowl.  The losses were to different teams (WVU and Louisville) and our Sun Bowl opponent was Oregon STATE.  So it was pretty accurate.  We also beat Auburn by a field goal and slaughtered UCF.

So, for entertainment purposes only, I would like to start a thread on this board when I get the game next Tuesday.  The games will be spread all the way out until the week before the season starts.  So maybe you could check the simulation thread after watching a game on DVD.....  like I said....  extra reading material.

And who knows what NCAA 09 will bring to us......  an undefeated season OR maybe a 6-6 season.

I like the dedication!  Plus it saves me the embarrasment..ahem..effort of doing it myself lol.

Let us know what happens.  Also when does the game come out?

Ok, lol, I dont literally watch it.  But I let the game play out play by play instead of just hitting the simulate button.  Sorry.....

Me and my roommate used to do this when we'd get home from the bar. Only difference is rather than do it for scientific and research purposes, we would each pick a team and make a drinking game out of it.

Lol, now that's something I have yet to think of with NCAA. I'll have to give that a try sometime

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
