Why would USF have a big fireworks show when nobody is on campus for Summer Break?

well busch gardens has one....temple terrace has one....the brandon mall has one....channelside has one...

i think lowry park has one...

there are only so many that can take place in a 15 mile radius before its a waste of money and considering the budget concerns that USF is having...i am glad they dont have one.

When I lived in malibu we went on the roof and watched the busch gardens show.
