I go to vote for the all-star game and they have Aybar as Rays' third baseman. I know he started the year but cmon MLB. He's been our starting 3B 99% of the season. I had to do a write-in for him. Something should be done about this.

If Navarro had as many AB's as Mauer, I think he would have had a shot for AL catcher. What do you think? Regardless, he's having a great season. Without many "superstars". And that is not a bad thing at all. They kind of remind me of the 03 Marlins. We had Pudge, but no other Stars. Beckett and Cabera were not household names at the time. I think the reserves that get picked are really honored because their peers pick them. That being said I really hope Hanley keeps his spot. That kid is a stud. The Marlins trading Beckett seemed to work out okay.

Are you kidding me???? Varitek! He's hitting .218!!! How is that all-star worthy?
