Full disclosure: I'm a Sox fan, but I don't care much about baseball, and thus I've got no qualms in seeing an upstart team from Tampa Bay succeed. What I'm seeing, and amused by, is the fact that the current run is driving some of your divisionmates CRAZY! You know it's bad when the Sox and Yanks fans in my office are considering rooting for one another to take out the Rays.

At the risk of betraying my own fanship--keep up the good work. If we're still here come September, I may reevaluate.

The Sox will win the divison, The Yanks and Rays will fight it out for the wild card.

Since you're always dead on with your predictions when it comes to the Rays, I better get out to Vegas fast.  Seriously though, you're probably right, but you never know.  Boston has been in the high pressure situations a lot lately and we haven't.  Can we hold on for the 2nd half?  There's no history to go on, so it's hard to say.  Just have to play it out and see what happens.

Sounds alot like the Bucs. I'll take it, Just like you did last year with the Bucs. The bUCS IN the AFC would have been at best 7-9 last year.

Except for the fact that the Giants (an NFC team) won the super bowl

“In my mind, I’m kind of like, ‘OK, excuses over'. We know what we need to do. We’ve got the right team together, and now we move forward, and we’ll evaluate and be accountable to each other, including myself, from this point forward.”
