West Virginia is the consensus pick to win the league -- even without former coach Rich Rodriguez. But the world is watching the running of Jim Leavitt's Bulls. Phil Steele, my favorite mag, picked South Florida eighth in the nation, ahead of Georgia, Auburn and LSU. USF has 17 returning starters. If the Bulls beat Kansas Sept. 13, they should be 7-0 when they arrive at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium Oct. 25.Edited by JimUSFSig to make the link text, a link

Lost SJ Green and Ean Randolph on offense. Lost Burnett, Nicholas, St. Louis, and Josh Julmiste on defense. Yes, Julmiste counted as a lost starter.
