When student Lisandra Hernandez heard that a suspected gunman was near Cooper Hall Tuesday afternoon, she didn't believe it.

"There was nothing going on, so I thought it was a lie," said the sophomore majoring in biochemistry. "It's USF. If I were at UF I would have believed them. Nothing happens here. It's very uneventful."

I hope she means its a good thing that nothing like that happens hear. But uneventful lol. I like to think we are not that.

Is she saying this is more likely something that happens at UF, I wouldnt think so. If so, more reason I'm glad i didnt go there.

If she meant it like USF is boring and UF is so eventful and fun, then she can get the hell out of USF for all I care. I am so sick of people that go to USF that wish they were at other universities. Be proud to be here, USF is a great school.

Dude, if I heard that I'd be very cautious, wheter I was at USF or UF.  You never know these days.  Its only a matter of time before another VT happens, unfortunately.
