I think it's 12.

11 HS players plus Juco I Grant.

true but i believe if we get 4 quality hs WRs then we'll tell Grant to look elsewhere

I believe our offer to him is that he MUST graduate in December. If he does that, he will enroll at USF and be available for spring practice and get a jump on the HS WR's who will be coming in over the summer. It's a good plan.
