Duke is so bad that they don't have to pay Louisville for breaking a 4 game series.  Basically Duke argued that they are so bad Louisville could replace them with any D1 school.

That was just funny. I guess it is worth the embarassment to play football for Duke to get a 4 year scholarship there.
