Or look at it as the same shot as Oregon, Tennessee, and UNC.  Odds makers don't analyze each team after they get past the top 10.  They simply handicap and move on...no reason to worry whether USF is a 73.5 to 1 odds, and UL is 78 to 1.  In the end only one is going to make it and the odds are those programs won't come close based on recent history.
