.........is due back on Monday June 16th at the Sun Dome ticket office with the applicable parking form.  Just a reminder for those who forgot about it (like me).  Remember this is the one that takes priority points into effect.

forgot to send mine back...can it be faxed?  or scanned and e-mailed?

I emailed to my ticket rep.  He took care of it.
