Just cause Grothe is gone does not make it a rebuilding year. We will have BJ Daniels hopefully as a projected started with Alton Voss in the mix as well. But its waaaaayyy to early to tell if we will be rebuilding or not. I'm hoping we are reloading.

As for the schedule, win and its hard for the voters to say we didnt have a good strength of schedule when it comes to deciding BCS games.

UF will have arebuilding year too.  As it will b the year after t-bow leaves as well.  It's not so bad because in reality we don't need to beat UM and UF.  It would be nice, but we can get to BCS games focusing on the other 3.

Miamia should be good, but you never know (they should be good now).  I'm not 100% sold on where UL and Cincy will end up.  UF will be good, but also working on a new QB.

I was originally worried about the schedule and thought we'd pus hthe UF game back yet another year, but I've changed my mind and can't wait for such an awesome schedule.  Depending on our back up QB we should be able to get them some good playing time next year for a smoother transition (granted it's Daniels or a new guy coming in 09).

Hard to tell what our team or any other team will be like in 2010.

Ford and Taylor in ther back field as Seniors, Mitchell, Bogan and Love as Seniors at receiver.  Hermann on the line as a potential 4 year starter along with potentially Popek and a couple of the other big boys we have coming in.

On defense Mcclain as a senior plus some of the LBS and highly recruit at DB.

Throw in BJ Daniels as the QB and that team doesn't sound  too bad and that's even without knowing how all the new recruits in the next few years will turn out.

No rebuilding year.  It will be a reloading year.

I can't wait to see B.J. roll out and chuck the ball 40 yards down field.

Yes but with that schedule, why settle for just a BCS game. I'm hoping by then we have already been to one and won one. Aim high

We have these teams tamed by then.  WVA already in bag, L'ville gets topped this year, Florida is our first come out win (if you do not count Auburn), Cincy - they are the biggest challange, the rest - miami get ahold of yourself they get creamed by the Bulls.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
