The St. Petersburg Bowl???????

The St. Pete bowl will have a Big East Team and a Conference USA Team.

They will also be playing at Tropicana Field! I think that this bowl is not going to last!

but since u asked for opinions... I think its fine. Better than having to go to Canada. Its our fallback bowl incase we ever have a horrible season.

I don't see any reason this bowl would fail.  I think the PPJ bowl has a better chance of failing.  If the SEC has a couple of years where they don't have enough bowl eligible teams it'll be done.

but I think the BEast - CUSA will be fine.  I don't think CUSA will win more than 1 out of 5 or so, but it'll be ok.

Yes, St. Pete Bowl will do much better than Birmingham Bowl.  Climate, scenery, and overall attractiveness will secure the Tampa bay bowl over Alabamey!
