I have pushed it back too much this year.  I am getting my quarterly commission check from work tomorrow, so I will be making the call on Monday.  I'll make it just in time!

Got mine in December.  It was dated Dec 17.  I think they sent it then for people who wanted to make the contribution in time to deduct it on their 2007 tax return.

I paid in Feb, but the due date on the invoice was May 15th.

If you have your quarterly payments auto-debited, do you need to re-authorize both that and renew your commitment?

I always receive two.  One in December (for reasons KB stated) and then another in April/May.
