Devine is a faster version of Warrick Dunn... small and quick. I could tackle him if I got my hands on him...  (and that would be the hard part).

USF's defense can neutralize his speed... and they lose a few of their OL talent as well.  They also have a new OC, which means new plays and new play calling.

Bottom line: WVU will not be the same team this year... and I think USF can take 'em again.
