local golf

Looking to start playing golf a lot. Unsure if this is the appropriate board but it is tampa and sport related.

Does anyone have the annual discount card at the local tampa run course (babe zaharias, rocky point, etc)? If so how do they work? one flat fee ? Let me know Just a college student looking to play a lot of golf cheaply.

if the Claw ever gets its chit together, that is a pretty good course to play with student discounts, although I think it is much higher than it used to be when I was an undergrad (50 / month, all you can play).

Course has been in AWEFUL shape, although they supposedly changed mgmt companies, so hopefully they fix up the greens.

I am unfamiliar with any discount cards.
