No Athlon cover for USF again

Actually Athlon is a great magazine.  They tend to be fair and look at scouting and recruiting reports to make determinations prior to the season.

It does make great summer reading as it has a page with every major team.  I enjoyed reading the breakdown of each BEAST team last year prior ot the games with them.  Plus it is easy to tell how we match up (based on preseason abilities).

Plus it helps to get through the difficult period of time which is now when USF is winding down all sports, and summer TV sports suck.

What galls me is that they have a national cover which shows UConn, RU and Florida. What's up with that?

In the past, Athlon gave the reason for not having a USF cover was because Florida distributor's of their magazine didn't think there would be enough of a demand to warrant one.
