Winter Garden?  It would be funny to see that thing rolling through UCF country on the way to a USF game.

I think my dad is going to attempt to cut the "U" out of steel and weld it to the front of the grill so it looks like the grill has a USF Bull head.

While you're working with metals, maybe you could fashion up an iconic U "brand" to go with your grill tools and certify all your meats.
