So, these Villanova games are huge with St. John's and Notre Dame (#1 and #2 in conference respectfully) looming later in the season.Plus tonight, students get free hamburgers and chips while supplies last. C'mon out students and make some noise!! Go Bulls!
TB Bulls Posted April 25, 2008 Group: Member Topic Count: 0 Content Count: 883 Reputation: 0 Days Won: 0 Joined: 01/17/2008 Share Posted April 25, 2008 We'll be there tonight. I'm ready for some baseball. All you guys that live close enough we need you out there this weekend. We need to take at least two of these games. Don't forget Tuesday either. UCF day. You know they're gonna bring some people, so we need a good turnout that day. If you're only gonna make it to one game this season, make it one of the next two Tuesdays (both games vs. UCF.) DT pitched a great game even though I thought the coaches were asking too much from him. He was finally taken out in the 7th inning after 140+ pitches (way too much for a starter), plus I could tell he was done at the start of the inning. Not sure what the coaches were thinking with an 8-1 lead, but it worked out OK. Of course we needed to get our over worked closer up and ready to pitch since we only won 8-5. Am I coming off too negative on the coaches?? Good. I know I wasn't the only one begging to get DT out of there earlier............. Great job Bulls, tomorrow we make it 2 against those Wildcats from Villanova. Great crowd by the way............they need to do more of that with the students. Eye candy all over the place!
